Andre D. Lee is a pastor, preacher, and visionary builder called to empower people with the Word of God and equip them to walk in purpose. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Fresh Springs Ministries, a growing, Spirit-led, multi-generational church in Indianapolis, IN that has grown from zero to over 250 members in just two years. Pastor Andre is known for his passionate preaching, biblical clarity, and ability to make Scripture come alive in a practical and transformative way.

His ministry extends beyond the pulpit through Feed On The Word, LLC, a digital evangelism company and media platform where he hosts the Feed On The Word Podcast—a rapidly growing global ministry that brings biblical truth to people wherever they are. Through powerful teaching, engaging conversations, and a commitment to sound doctrine, Pastor Andre helps listeners around the world grow in spiritual maturity and develop a hunger for God's Word.

Raised under the mentorship of his grandfather and pastor, Reverend David Lee Sr., Andre’s call to ministry is deeply rooted in generational faith, family values, and a heart for souls. He is a licensed and ordained minister who believes in the power of the Gospel to change lives, restore families, and build communities.

In addition to his ministry work, Pastor Andre is a gifted strategist and organizational builder. He serves as CEO of ADL Consulting, where he uses his marketplace experience to coach leaders and consult organizations—always with the aim of helping others align purpose with impact. He also brings over a decade of corporate experience as an Information Technology Product Owner, specializing in systems thinking, digital innovation, and leading high-performing teams.

What makes Pastor Andre’s voice unique is his ability to bridge the gap between spiritual leadership and practical life systems. Whether preaching on Sunday, teaching online, or mentoring leaders, his message remains the same: You were created on purpose, for purpose—and the Word of God is the foundation for everything you're called to build.

Above all, Pastor Andre is a devoted husband to his wife, Lindsaé (married since 2013), and a proud father to Aiden, Austin, and Linden, while honoring the legacy of their firstborn son, Andre Jr. (Deceased). His life is a living testimony of grace, resilience, and vision fulfilled through obedience to God.
